Collection, Delivery & Returns
Click & Collect from Kilsyth
Orders placed online are eligible for a free Click & Collect slot, no matter the size of the order.
Our collection slots are split into windows throughout the day and can be booked in advance for up to 28 days.
Order before 10am and same-day collection is available, subject to capacity.
You’ll receive an email to confirm when your order has been prepared and can make yourself known to staff in-store, without waiting in the in-store queue for our fastest service.
Prefer not to come in the store? Just give us a call on 01236 821 211 when you’re outside and we’ll pop out with your order for you.
Collection Times
You can place an order to collect Monday-Saturday in the following timeslots:
- 10am-12pm
- 12pm-2pm
Local Delivery
We operate our own local delivery service, direct to you from our Kilsyth store.
Delivery is available six days per week and can be booked up to 28 days in advance.
Order before midnight to be eligible for delivery as soon as the next day!
Local delivery is free on all orders of £30 or more, with a small fee of £2.50 added to each order below £30.
Our vans are on the road from 10am and we aim to deliver all orders by 2pm.

Returns
As our food items are of a perishable nature, returns are not possible if you change your mind after your order has been received.
If any individual item in your order has not been received in the highest quality condition that you rely on and expect from us, please contact us and we’ll make it right straight away.
